Programs & schedule
Can I switch between online and studio days?
Yes where the syllabus lists hybrid modules — you register intent each month so floor mentors know chair counts. Sudden switches strain studio capacity.
Do you record everything?
Only sessions marked 'recordable' in the calendar, and only when every participant opts in. Some critiques stay live-only by design.
Tools & access
Which BI stack should I pick?
We rotate emphasis based on cohort surveys. If your employer standardizes on one stack, tell mentors early so critiques reference the right semantics.
Are licenses included?
Cloud warehouse exercises ship with class-scoped credentials. Long-term Tableau or Power BI seats remain your employer's procurement unless stated in a custom agreement.

What limitation should I know upfront?
We do not run placement guarantees. Career support focuses on materials and structured practice — hiring timelines stay outside our control.
How do refunds work?
