1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing shockfluxonenergy.digital you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site and services. Training purchases are governed by separate enrollment agreements provided at checkout discussions.
2. Services Description
ShockFluxon Energy provides cohort-based education in data analytics and business intelligence, including blended online and in-person delivery in Daegu, Republic of Korea. Schedules, instructors, and venues may change with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and Communications
You agree to provide accurate contact information. We may send operational messages about your cohort, security, or legal updates. Marketing messages require separate consent where required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
Curriculum materials, trademarks, and site content remain our property or that of licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning use unless a commercial license is signed in writing.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at rates that impair service, or use materials to build competing courseware without permission. Breach may result in removal from programs and legal remedies available in Korea.
6. Liability Limitations
To the extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the prior three months, except where prohibited.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Daegu have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise. You may also access consumer dispute mediation programs available under Korean law.
8. Changes and Termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for breach or risk. You may stop using the site at any time. Provisions that should survive termination (IP, liability limits) remain in effect.
