1. Scope and Consumer Rights (Korea)
This Returns & Refunds policy explains voluntary policies for ShockFluxon Energy programs sold to consumers in Korea. Mandatory rights under the Framework Act on Consumers, e-Commerce rules, and other applicable laws remain unaffected where they provide stronger protections.
2. Cooling-off Period
For distance contracts, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase if services have not begun in a substantial way. Once live sessions or customized materials unique to you start with your agreement, partial charges may apply as permitted by law.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Eligibility depends on program type, start date, and whether seats are cohort-limited. Physical studio seats may incur non-refundable venue deposits disclosed before payment.
4. Partial Refunds and Substitutions
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund of amounts paid for the canceled sessions. If you withdraw mid-program, refunds are calculated against completed sessions and non-recoverable costs as stated in your enrollment form.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party exam vouchers, paid licenses we purchase on your behalf, and shipping for hardware kits are generally non-refundable once ordered. Installment plans may include financing fees governed by the finance partner.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@shockfluxonenergy.digital with your full name, cohort name, payment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and respond with a decision timeline.
7. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible within 10–15 business days, depending on card networks. Questions about exceptional circumstances (medical, military service) should include documentation for good-faith review.
